How an order works

Placing an order is a request for us to make the piece shown in your design. We may decline an order we cannot produce as submitted. Prices are shown in Tunisian dinar (DTN) and include the options you select before checkout.

You are responsible for the photographs and text you place in a design, and for having the right to use them. We produce the piece from that design.

Until the order is confirmed, you can edit the design. After confirmation, we make the version we have.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay when the order arrives. Delivery is inside Tunisia, at the rate shown at checkout — free once your order reaches the free-delivery threshold.

Delivery details live on the delivery page, and the returns policy explains what happens if a piece arrives damaged or incorrect.
