Before you order

Finishes, payment, delivery, and what you can still change after you place the order.

Can I design the frame myself?: Yes. Open the editor, choose a wood color, and place your photos on the front and back. Signed-in customers can save a design and return to it later.
Which finishes do you offer?: Glass frames come in Classy Black, Dreamy White, and Vintage Woody. Every one of them uses double-glazed glass.
How do I pay?: Cash on delivery. You pay when the order reaches you. We do not take card payments online.
What does delivery cost?: Standard delivery inside Tunisia is 10 DTN. Orders of 100 DTN or more ship free.
Where do you deliver?: Across Tunisia, to the address and city you enter at checkout.
Can I change a design after ordering?: Yes, until the order is confirmed. Open the order and edit the design. Once we confirm it, production begins from that version.
Do you make more than frames?: Yes. Polaroid prints come as a pack of ten, and you can add extra prints up to thirty.
What if something arrives damaged?: Contact us with your order number. If the piece is damaged, incorrect, or not the quality we promised, we repair, replace, or refund it.
