What we keep, and why

When you check out we store your name, phone number, address, and city, and your email if you are signed in. We use them to produce the order, confirm delivery, and reach you if something needs attention.

Payment is cash on delivery. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Photos you upload are kept so we can print them inside your frame or polaroid pack, and so you can reopen a saved design. They are not used for advertising, and they are not sold.

If you create an account, we store the email and sign-in details needed to recognize you, plus any designs you choose to save. You can sign in with email or with a connected provider such as Facebook. When you use Facebook Login we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook, and we use them only to create and identify your account.

If you want your account, a saved design, or an unused photo removed, contact us from the details on your order or on the contact page and we will delete what the law and our records allow. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove InspiredMe at any time from your Facebook settings under Apps and websites, which revokes our access to your Facebook data. We keep what we still need to complete or record an order you have placed.
