If a piece is not right
These frames are made from your photographs, so they are not stock we can put back on a shelf. If we got it wrong, we will make it right.
Made to order
Because each piece is produced from the design you submit, we do not accept returns for a change of mind once production has started.
Damage, or a mistake on our side
If a frame arrives damaged, incorrect, or short of the quality we promised, contact us with your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund it.
Look the piece over when it arrives, and tell us as soon as you can.
Before we start
Until the order is confirmed, you can still edit the design from your order page. That is the moment to change a photo, a layout, or a finish.
